Preparation of Easy Traditional Brazilian Chicken Pie
In a saucepan with salted water, boil chicken fillets. Once cooked well, remove them and, after they cool down, cut them into small pieces. In a large pan heat, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté onions and garlic on medium heat. The process is done until they are golden. Then add the small tomatoes, lower the heat and let them boil for 15 minutes until they soften without melting. Stir at regular intervals.
