The ingredients for the vegan stuffed mushroom recipe:
- 1/2 kg Big mushrooms (fresh).
- Α cup of milk for vegans.
- 2 cups of vegan grated cheese.
- 2 vegan eggs.
- 1 onion.
- A green pepper.
- A red pepper.
- 2 slices of toast bread.
- 3 tablespoons vegan butter for the pot.
- Pepper freshly ground.
We clean the mushrooms, wash them under running water. Wipe them with kitchen paper and cut the edges to the point where they are joined with the top of the mushrooms. Leave the mushroom caps aside, chop their legs and put them in a bowl. Wash the peppers, wipe them, cut them in the middle and after cleaning them with the seeds, cut them into pieces. Then, put them in the bowl with the finely chopped mushrooms. Put butter for vegans in a non-stick pan.
Saute and Oven.
Once warm, add the onion after chopping and saute as needed. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and peppers and let them saute all together for 3-4 minutes. In another bowl, we pour one cup of cheese for vegans and eggs for vegans. Before that, we knock and saute the vegetables, and the toasted bread grated with our fingers. Add pepper and mix well with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour into a non-stick pan the milk for vegans and the rest of the vegan’s cheese. Heat them on medium heat and stir until the cheese melts and mix with milk. We pour a refractory pot with the butter for vegans. Lay the surface as well as the mushroom caps turned upside down and with a teaspoon fill the mushrooms.
