Roasted Shrimp Veggie Salad (no1)

In the first recipe the process includes six stages of preparation.

The first stage includes the main ingredients of our 4 dinner salad recipes. Then, bake the ingredients.

Then prepare the shrimp and then cook them too. Finally, make the sauce for the salad to serve it and mix all the ingredients with different greens.

Ιngredients for the salad (stage1)

Cherry tomatoes 1 cup

Shredded carrots 1 cup

Yellow bell pepper 1 cup

Red onion 1 cup

Asparagus 1 cup

Olive oil

Salt – Pepper

Chili powder


Bake 400 degrees F – 200 degrees C for 10 minutes (stage 2)

Shrimp (stage 3)

Shrimp 1 Lb

Olive oil

Salt – Pepper

Chili powder


Lime juice

Bake again 400 degrees F – 200 degrees C for 5-8 minutes (stage 4)

Delicious dressing (stage 5)

Lime Juice 3 TBSP

Olive oil 2 TBSP

Honey 1 TBSP

Chili powder 1/2 TBSP

Salt – Pepper

Mixed greens (Stage 6)

Add and mix all ingredients with mixed greens and serve!

Cajun Style Chicken Salad (no2)

4 dinner salad recipes. Now we’ll show you the second recipe that is salad with chicken. First of all, we prepare the spices with the smells.

Spices and smells

Paprika 2 TSP

Cayenne pepper 1 TSP

Garlic powder 1 TSP

Oregano 1 TSP

Thyme 1 TSP

Salt 1 TSP

Reserve 1 1/2 TSP from all the mixed spices. After stirring the spices, place a mix of 2 pieces of chicken. Fry the chicken pieces for a while in a non-stick pan with minimal olive oil. Bake 190 degrees C for 15-20 min.


Greek yogurt 1/4 CUP

Garlic 1/4 CUP

Lime juice 2 TBSP

Olive oil 1 TBSP

Reserved seasoning 1 1/2 TSP

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl filled with cut romaine.

Finally we add

Red onion 1/2

Avocado 1

Cherry tomatoes 10 OZ

Black beans 8 OZ

Pour the dressing that we had made before and mix well all the ingredients.

Steak & Avocado Salad (no3)

We need a piece of Sirloin steak 1 LB. Add salt and pepper to both sides of the fillet. Fry for 2 minutes on each side of the meat. Leave the piece of meat for 10 minutes and then cut into small pieces.

Salad Recipe

Romaine 2 Hearts

Eggs 3

Avocados 2

Cherry tomatoes 2 CUPS

Caesar dressing 3 TBSP

Put the Caesar dressing and finely mix well.

 Put on the non-stick frying pan

Oil 2 TBSP

Shrimp 1 LB

Salt 1/2 TSP

Pepper 1/2 TSP

Cumin 1 TSP

Oregano 1 TSP

Garlic powder 1/4 TSP

Chili powder 1/2 TSP

Fry the shrimp for a short time.

We put the shrimp and Taco. We mixed all the ingredients and serve.
